Book an Online Tai Chi Session

Looking for a one to one online session? Experience a gentle, structured Tai Chi session designed to improve balance, mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Each session includes guided warm-ups, slow flowing movements, breathing practice, and simple mindful exercises to help reduce stress and improve focus. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and energised.

Tuesday 2pm to 7pm
Wednesday 2pm to 7pm

For paid sessions, after you pay on the next page, you will be redirected to a form to select your preferred day and time slot. I’ll confirm your slot by email and send the meeting link.

The free introductory session is 30 minutes and for new customers who have not attended any online or face-to-face classes. Regular sessions are 60 minutes long. ​​
FAQ
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. Trainers or soft, flat shoes are ideal. Some people practise in socks on carpet, but not hard floors.
Do I need any experience?
No experience needed. All sessions are beginner-friendly and movements can be adapted for different abilities.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and a bottle of water if you want. No special equipment is required.
Is the class suitable for seniors?
Yes. The session is gentle, low-impact and can be modified for different levels of mobility and balance.
